Following their attendance last year, Why Media was proud to sponsor the 2nd Annual Marketing Summit, an Estates Gazette event, at 30 Euston Square, London on Thursday 25th June 2015.
Despite only being in its second year, this event is already classed as a prestigious and must attend event for those holding marketing positions within the property sector, and this year saw almost 200 people attend. Key icons and marketing professionals from companies including Grosvenor, Oxford Properties and Mishcon de Reya held a number of seminars to express their beliefs and recommendations on how to maximise your marketing presence, target your demographics and strive for a positive ROI (return on investment).
Principal speakers at the event discussed pressing topics such as print V’s digital and new concepts such as B2P - Business to People, and Phygital; which refers to a ‘physical’ synergy online by implementing entertaining marketing initiatives to engage communities as well gaining credibility.
Rowen Squibb, Marketing Director at Why Media expressed that it was an honour having sponsored the second event which is one of the most renowned marketing summits in the UK.
He also mentioned that this event has opened the door for cooperative networking, especially to tightening up relationships along the marketing gurus and companies in the property sector. After all, as Chrissy Cullen, Head of Marketing in Britain and Ireland for Grosvenor said “Marketing should be at the start of every project”.
The gathering established a clear insight on how businesses are being addressed now days. B2P (business to people) suggests a wider scope rather than B2C (business to customers) or B2B (business to business) since these last two are narrow ideas of what communication entails.
