Why Media UK had the pleasure of attending The 6th Annual Legends Ball 2022 at Grosvenor House, London, on 24th November, which was co-hosted by one of our clients Statom Group.
Statom Group is a leading independent, versatile and experienced construction business, providing specialist solutions for remediation, groundworks and RC frames across the UK. We have been working with Statom Group for the last two years, and it was a pleasure to be invited.
The event was in aid of raising hundreds of thousands for Help for Heroes, The Felix Project, Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity, DEBRA UK, Best Beginning, plus many others. It was an amazing evening with an insight into the life of Dan Carter, the Rugby Player and Q&A’s football star Glenn Hoddle.
It was also a pleasure to be able to spend the evening with a number of other clients, including Anthony Martin Estate Agents, APEST Services, Knightsbridge Estate and Nicolas and Co Surveyors. The main auction raising money for a wonderful selection of charities included prizes such as A night of magic with Dynamo, Rugby World Cup Final tickets and exclusive use and dine at Tom Sellers, two Michelin-starred restaurants, for up to 30 people.
Tiyahna Drake, our Creative Outreach Manager, speaks about the evening, “It was a great event to attend and helped me to understand how leaders approach business and learn how to overcome challenges with people in the same space. I was able to form new relationships and strengthen existing ones with our current clients. It has also helped me to improve my confidence further, and I was able to return to the office with fresh ideas that can be used at Why Media in the future. The atmosphere was fantastic, and overall a great evening was had by all.”
