Initially an intern, now in turn Marketing Manager for Why Media in Spain with a focus on the successful project of the CC La Marina and Parque Comercial in Finestrat, Didier Closset rises through the ranks and continues to succeed at Whymedia. The question is, how did he get to where he is today?
Didier’s achievements from a young age helped pave the way for his current career triumphs. Being awarded an admirable sports scholarship, aged seventeen, for basketball allowed him to simultaneously study Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Alicante whilst balancing a semi-professional basketball career. His skills on and off the court became transferable into the working world and helped him to secure his first three- month internship at a construction company working in the marketing department, post graduation. Continuing in his productive path, he began the second part of his internship here at Why Media in 2021.
Didier Closset is a marketing professional with a lot of knowledge, based in the Valencia region of Spain.
Although not long ago, his impression within the company was great and he became Marketing Assistant for eight months and soon promoted to Marketing Manager for the project of the CC La Marina and Parque Comercial. Didier’s ability to thrive in a new environment was something that we loved here at Why Media and he soon became a solid and much needed member of the team.

More specifically, Didier supports the flagship account in Spain and manages client’s budgets in excess of 200.000 euros a year. Budgets.
