Why Media has a number of employees with dyslexia and is very passionate about supporting them whilst at work. People with dyslexia are usually creative and have a high level of intelligence. Those with dyslexia use only the right side of the brain to process language, while non-dyslexics use three areas on the left side of the brain to process language.
