Eleanor Tingley becomes part of the marketing team at Why Media autumn 2021

Award Winning marketing agency, Why Media, is pleased to have appointed Eleanor Tingley as Marketing Assistant to accelerate the growth of the agency’s client roster. 

It has been a high growth year for the agency with dozens of client wins and they are pleased to add to their team as Why Media continue to be recognised as the fastest growing Design + Marketing agency in the United Kingdom. 

Eleanor’s role within the agency will be to support both new and existing clients with marketing initiatives, insightful analytical data and relationship building. 

Eleanor Tingley joins Why Media’s Marketing team in London, working with clients across the UK.

Eleanor, who is from Cambridge, was appointed by the company’s Design + Marketing Director, Claire White following an in-depth interview process. Claire goes on to comment; “As soon as I met Eleanor I knew that she was the right candidate to join our UK team. Her passion and eagerness to learn really sparked my interest alongside her instant ability to connect with her audience and build relationships. Marketing is all about these attributes and as long as you’re passionate about your industry, able to communicate to the best of your ability and eager to take in new knowledge then you’ll without a doubt succeed. One month on Eleanor has already built a handrful of new relationships with clients and assisted with a vast variety of marketing campaigns.” 

Unlike other traditional Marketing agencies, Why Media is geared towards attracting and retaining young people like Eleanor who is young but already has a strong understanding of the sectors in which she is supporting through marketing. 

Why Media has a strong track record of developing young talent with two key members of the management team having seen significant growth and promotion over the years. The company’s Marketing Director, Claire initially joined the company in 2009 (when it was part of their original Hong Kong based agency Fluid) as a Marketing Assistant. Carl Piper, Why Media’s Technical Projects Lead also joined in a junior position at the age of just 18.
