In 2020, we saw a significant rise in the demand for print materials such as custom magazines and direct mail pieces from a variety of clients. One of our most recent custom publishing projects was for Anthony Martin Estate Agents who were keen to create a tangible product for their Kent community to read and engage with while they spend more time than ever in their homes.

Anthony Martin Estate Agents is a leading provider of sales, lettings and property management in the Kent and London areas and has developed an excellent reputation for service and delivery since being founded in 2011.
To deliver the client’s objective, our team of Graphic Designers and Marketers collaborated to firstly understand the target audience and what would engage with them and then, to scope out a fun and brand-focused design for the new magazine.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have seen an increased demand for more traditional methods of marketing. However, these are not to replace their digital strategies but to accompany them to ensure maximum exposure.”
The finished product comprised 36 pages of content from some of the best listings on their books to interior design trends for 2021. To add a personal touch we also integrated “meet the team” pages.
Anthony Martin, CEO at Anthony Martin Estate Agents, commented: ‘’The magazine has gone down extremely well with our customers and team. It's the first time we've done something like this and it won't be the last.’’
Over 10,000 copies of the magazine have been produced and distributed locally, however, an online version has also been created giving those not in the primary distribution area the chance to view on their mobile phone, computer or tablet.
