Suffolk based UK Boiler Care are pleased to launch their new look and complete brand and marketing overhaul which sees the company now known as UKBC. This exciting new change for the business is in line with their growth aspirations over the coming years as they head into a proactive strategy despite concerns over the economy and COVID-19.

Established in 2007, UKBC is a reputable company providing gas, oil and LPG boiler and central heating services across Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Essex. UKBC are a fantastic alternative to their well-known competitors and offer more services, for better value and far superior levels of customer service, which is proved by their 4.4 Trustpilot rating. The company prides itself on providing a ‘local’ service built on relationships and has an outstanding reputation for reliability, professionalism and transparency.
Despite the UK economy being uncertain, UKBC has continued to work towards their ambitious growth aspirations and service thousands of happy clients all whilst being completely COVID-19 compliant. As part of their impressive plans, UKBC appointed Why Media to conduct a full corporate rebrand. Included within their service was all print literature and vehicles, delivery of a new, Google-friendly bespoke website and, management of a results-focused social media strategy to help the company reach new audiences and increase sign-ups to their popular cover plans. To further improve the site visit process, Why Media also created a bespoke software package that has streamlined and simplified the booking system and set up regular email communications for all customers.
