Why Media deliver on top-class brand identity and bespoke website services for Phily Estates. 

Phily Estates were only established in 2016, but already they are proud to be a leading Letting and Estate Management Agent.  They are currently supporting clients and tenants all over the UK, but in particular, North London and the surrounding Home Counties. 

They came to us originally in March 2019, with a brief that outlined their desire for a bespoke website that was not only tailor-made, but also Google-friendly,  and one that could be integrated with Content Management Systems, video capabilities and social media feed and analytics. 

Our imaginative team of experienced graphic designers then got to work on creating a professional, eye-catching and relevant brand identity that would be specific and individual for our client.  

 

 

The process begins with the delivery of three ‘look and feel’ concepts for the new identity, which would include aspects such as current brand trends and colours that appropriately will create a link to the client, and then seeing how these compare to their competitors. This ensures any new brand identity is protected from being copied in any way.  

Why Media then integrated a live social media feed from Instagram and as always, only use the latest responsive technology.  This ensures that whatever device the user is viewing the website from, its appearance will be consistent with that of the desktop version. A point that is incredibly important in our current age of mobile phone use. It is estimated that around 50% of all website traffic is now viewed on a Smartphone.   

 


 

Next, we integrated Google Analytics within the new website that allows Phily Estates to monitor traffic numbers and understand key demographic details relating to their visitors.  This is becoming a vital tool in assisting a Company to lock horns with its competitors, and to assist a company in is digital marketing strategy going forward.

Branding & Corporate Stationery Design

Why Media were delighted to launch the new brand identity and website for ACAI Group, a property investment company with a number of high profile commercial, retail and land assets across the UK.

These assets include 8-10 Grafton Street in Mayfair, The Heart Shopping Centre in Walton-on-Thames Surrey and, the flagship store for high-end retail brand Dior on the prestigious Bond Street. The objective of the branding and creative element of this project was to inject colour, depth and a story behind the brand identity and overall messaging of ACAI (the initials of which represent the three owners of the company). Following completion of the branding process, Why Media delivered a full stationery package including business cards, letterheads and compliment slips and a comprehensive set of brand guidelines, ensuring the brand identity and reputation are protected through a stringent set of ‘brand rules’.
