As we wrap up and prepare to say goodbye to 2019 and hello to 2020 - our 10th year in business, Why Media has put together their top 6 favourite projects, not in any particular order as it was too hard to pick the best!
Geneva Wealth (Branding, Website and Video Production)
Based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, Geneva Wealth offers a modern approach to wealth management whilst retaining traditional values. We worked very closely with the company’s Director, Shan Phoenix to create a modern and eye-catching brand identity for the firm. This project was followed by the design and development of a tailor-made website that has usability and speed at the forefront. This was complemented by a slick introductory video shot in Central London.
Bovis Homes (Website)
2019 kicked off with a collaboration with Bovis Homes to help design and develop a tailor-made website for one of their flagship developments, Stanton Cross in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. The site, which was designed to remain in keeping with the brand identity and brochure, benefitted from bespoke coding, the latest responsive technology and a user-friendly interactive map of the development.
Phily Estates (Branding and Website)
This year, North London based lettings and estate agent, Phily Lettings, invested in a company rebrand and a new website to help create strong brand awareness for this modern company. The brand identity was taken from dated and unengaging to modern and bold with a sophisticated colour pallet and clarity of offer. To accompany this, Why Media’s creative team designed and developed a user-friendly website fully integrated with automated property feed and quick search feature.
The Heart Shopping Centre (Events)
It’s been a sell-out year for The Heart Shopping Centre when it comes to events with over 1,400 children enjoying free events within the Walton-on-Thames located shopping centre thanks to their free Kids Club. This year, we worked with our event partner to bring to life an array of fun events for children of all ages. From the mini garden workshop in February right through to Build A Buddy in December, which saw over 600 children sign up in just 48 hours!
Goldschmidt & Howland (Website)
Established in 1888, North London based Estates and Letting agent Goldschmidt & Howland, appointed Why Media to create a high end, fully bespoke website which focused around showcasing property availability from each of their London offices. The site, which was one of the largest projects for Why Media’s development team this year, hosts a collection of innovative features. From the integration of an open-source content management system and two live property feed APIs to showcase the lettings and sales availability, to high-quality video and photography (provided by Why Media) and a detailed area guide to assist with user experience and SEO. The site has been very well received, this is also reflected by uplifts in overall website traffic.,
Evolve Financial Solutions (Website and Video Production)
Ipswich based mortgage advisors, Evolve Financial Solutions, approached Why Media in early 2019 when looking for a partner to design and develop a website for this fast-growing company. Our web and design teams collaborated on this project to create an interactive, bespoke website for Evolve which comprised of movement through video, clear call to action and a number of data capture opportunities. To complement the new site, our team also filmed and produced an informative corporate video.
