In September, Why Media was delighted to invite Emily Morten to join the Marketing side of the business as Marketing Campaign Assistant. Emily, who has a degree in Retail Marketing And Branding from the London College of Fashion was appointed as the new team member due to her experience working with both retailers and property companies - Two of Why Media’s key client markets.
From supporting the marketing of a new estate agency and working in a new build conveyancing team, Emily has a wide span of knowledge that is easily adapted to suit our client needs. Emily has also worked on projects with major high street and fashion retailers including Selfridges, John Lewis, All Saints, and Topshop.
One month in Emily comments; “The past month has flown by and with every day being different, it’s been a real opportunity for me to break the boundaries of my marketing knowledge and put what I already know into play for a wide spectrum of clients. Why Media’s culture and drive has allowed me to take ownership of projects and add initiative and ideas from day one. Taking my previous experience into an agency environment has taught me to have a more flexible approach to accommodate varying industries and audiences with different projects, and coordinate within the team to ensure I have a creative and commercial outlook on my work.”
