Why Media Ranks 3rd in the Region for County Square Shopping Centre Social Media Management

Following a consistent 100% score in Mystery Shop over the last year, Why Media were delighted to be informed that they currently rank 3rd out of 99 in the region for their client County Square, a regional shopping centre in Ashford, Kent.

Mystery shopper is an initiative introduced by Savills into its retail schemes for social media management on Facebook and Twitter. The criteria assesses how each shopping centre uses social media to communicate its offer and how quickly and efficiently they respond to questions  and queries online. The mystery shop scheme falls under a bigger initiative for centres which also takes into account factors such as Health and Safety, Customer Service in store, Hygiene and Compliance, for which County Square maintains a 93.1% overall score. In terms of Mystery Shop, the steady 100% score achieved by Why Media has pushed County Square into third place in the overall region and has maintained them as the top centre for consistency in Mystery Shop.
