Why Media Ranks 3rd in the Region for County Square Shopping Centre Social Media Management

   NEWS / 25 Nov 2017

Following a consistent 100% score in Mystery Shop over the last year, Why Media were delighted to be informed that they currently rank 3rd out of 99 in the region for their client County Square, a regional shopping centre in Ashford, Kent.

Mystery shopper is an initiative introduced by Savills into its retail schemes for social media management on Facebook and Twitter. The criteria assesses how each shopping centre uses social media to communicate its offer and how quickly and efficiently they respond to questions  and queries online. The mystery shop scheme falls under a bigger initiative for centres which also takes into account factors such as Health and Safety, Customer Service in store, Hygiene and Compliance, for which County Square maintains a 93.1% overall score. In terms of Mystery Shop, the steady 100% score achieved by Why Media has pushed County Square into third place in the overall region and has maintained them as the top centre for consistency in Mystery Shop.

Leah Hickey, Marketing Manager for Why Media comments “I have been working on the County Square account for nearly two years and we were so delighted to hear this fantastic news. It shows that hard work and a consistent strategy pays off. We no longer live in an age of 9 -5 and customers who enquire online expect a response immediately. Part of all our social media strategies is to ensure queries are responded to promptly and efficiently and it is something our team is truly passionate about. We are looking forward to continued work with County Square and ensuring we maintain our 100% record!”

Fran Burt, Centre Manager at County Square commented: ‘County Square’s recent ‘Secret Shopper’ research received 100% results for both Facebook and Twitter accounts with comments that they were easily located, recently updated and enquiries were responded to within 15 minutes.  We’re delighted with the results of our Secret Shopper report and would like to thank Why Media for all their hard work with regards to the social media section of the report’
