Why Media Creates Bespoke Brand Identity & Website For Rivera Property Consultants

   NEWS / 24 Nov 2017

In April 2017, Why Media were approached by Mr. Ben Rivera, a property agent with over fifteen years experience in the London Property Market to undertake a full branding and website design project for his newly established business, Rivera Property Consultants. Mr. Rivera was a former employee of John D Wood & Co, a leading estate and lettings agent in London. Recently however, he made the decision to depart from the company and pursue his aspiration to establish a leading independent property concierge company to assist clients with property needs, both in and outside London.

In the first instance, Why Media undertook extensive research to create a slick and elegant brand identity for Rivera Property Consultants to represent the company as a tailored, successful organisation, with a wealth of experience in the property sector as well as appealing to the clientele that the company wished to target. Why Media created business cards and letterhead using a smart, tasteful brand identity which retained a certain element of subtlety. A colour palette of midnight blue, grey and white was used which preserved characteristics of the original company logo in order to enhance the brand identity. For consistency across all company platforms, the same pantone was used throughout the new responsive website.

Following approval of the brand identity, a new bespoke responsive website was designed and developed for Rivera Property Consultants. It was of high importance that the website maintained a clean, professional image as well as a consistent message of company values and ethos. Why Media’s talented team of graphic designers introduced and blended the new brand identity across all elements of the website to ensure consistency and structure through the use of strong, professional imagery and subtle hints of the branding. The website is easily navigated with clear call to actions and flows with subtle movement throughout. As with all bespoke websites created by Why Media, no stone was left unturned when it came to finer details. The website was thoroughly tested to ensure perfect functionality and responsiveness across all enabled devices, a step that simply cannot be ignored in the ever changing digital age.

Costa Demetriou, Graphic Designer at Why Media comments “Due to Why Media’s wealth of experience with clients in the property sector, we immediately knew the approach we needed to take to provide Mr. Rivera with a slick, innovative website and branding that would grow and develop with the new company. I believe we have achieved an identity that will be recognisable and generate strong success for our client”
