Why Media Creates New Responsive Website for Martin's Properties

   NEWS / 11 Jul 2016

In February 2016 Why Media was commissioned to design and redevelop a new state of the art, responsive website for their client, Martins Properties.

Martins Properties was set up in 1946 and has developed and progressed over six decades into one of the largest private property holders in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Martins Properties has indepth knowledge and a passion for the areas they work and develop in and is a company who traditionally values high quality, local engagement, five star service and customer satisfaction and puts these at the heart of everything they do. It only seemed fitting that their new website reflected these values also.

In today’s ever competitive environment and a world where people stay online most of the day, a good website is paramount to a company's ultimate success. 83% of potential customers  visit a company’s website before making their purchase decision. Easy navigation, clear layout and engaging content is essential to keep user attention and ultimately drive enquiries and sales. At the time Martins Properties current website was not hitting these key areas.

The general look and feel of the website was outdated. With pantones and images that didn’t stand out or engage the reader. The website had no social media integration and navigation on the website was also unclear and users could not flow easily through the website or easily find what they were looking for. The general text language was out-dated and needed modernisation to engage a younger generation who now make up nearly 30% of internet users overall. The Martins Properties logo also needed updating to reflect their traditional brand values in a modern way.

Why Media’s team of talented and professional graphic and website designers developed a unique and bespoke fully responsive website which modernised the Martins Properties brand. Costa Demetriou, Graphic Designer at Why Media says “The Martins Properties Website project was a welcomed creative challenge and a pleasure to be a part of. The new website refreshes the Martins Properties brand and makes them stand out among their competitors as an innovative, forward thinking company. We look forward to working with Martin’s Properties as a client for many years to come”.

The new website features innovative functions such as full social media and video integration with a live instagram and twitter feed, quick search response functions, up to date news content for search engine optimisation as well as stunning graphics, visuals and easily navigated layout. Take a look at the amazing transformation below.
