Our aim was to improve the company's digital marketing, and create a joined up approach for the businesses brand. So far, Why Media have delivered a new website and new brand position with a full index of properties coherently categorised whilst working closely with internal stakeholders. We developed new/ original brand guidelines that consider users who are visually impaired. Among this, our team also created a new online platform to help people pay late fees and engage with the business on a professional level. The company is growing so we helped build the B2B strategy to ensure individuals or businesses disposing of space could contact the business. We also built the Social channels and took the company from page 14 on Google to the top of page 1 for their chosen search terms.
It was vital for the website to work across all mobile devices and updates needed to be made promptly so we included an easy to use content management system and provided training to their team. We also integrated an availability filter into the property listings, subsequently enhancing user experience.
Throughout the development process, Search Engine Optimisation was a predominant focus. We incorporated key search terms and SEO tools into the site. By working closely with Martin's Properties we maintained a clear understanding of their desired search terms and keywords.
By developing their social media presence, their brand profile increased. We created accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Google+ and LinkedIn and made relevant updates to their existing Twitter account. We used the strategy; #MartinsPrime, across all communications, to highlight their offer.
