Salary: Basic £18,000 +Bonus + Uncapped Commission OTE £38,000 - £45,000+
Benefits: 20 days annual leave (increases to 25 after 12 months), uncapped commission, business mileage
Driving License: Preferred but not essential
Why Media has opened up an exciting opportunity for a hungry, forward-thinking and commercial-minded Data & Outreach Executive to join their ambitious UK team.
As a fast-paced Creative and Marketing Agency, Why Media is seeking a like-minded individual who is highly organised, structured and passionate about building relationships and generating sales.

More About The Role
As a Data & Outreach Executive you will be working directly with the CEO, who comes from a fast-paced sales background, to raise the profile of Why Media to the right client base.
An eye for detail and the ability to organise data to the highest level is essential in order to support the business objectives and to support your commission structure.
You must understand how to create and manage target databases and lead generation in order to retain the organisation and avoid missed opportunities - timing and perseverance is everything!
This role will only suit individuals who are hungry, self-managed and confident.
This role is focused on the delivery of targets and therefore being able to adapt your approach, priorities or focus to ensure you can deliver on these targets is essential.
Your base will be our office in Hertford, Hertfordshire however, due to our close proximity to London and our already established presence in locations like Mayfair, you may be asked to travel into the capital to attend pitches and build relationships with potential clients. In addition to London, Why Media is also keen to increase brand exposure and client levels in Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Kent and Lincolnshire. Therefore, these locations will be at the forefront of your sales strategy.
Confidence and an open mind to feedback and constructive criticism are key for this role. Although we live in an age of social media, WhatsApp and text messaging, our existing sales strategy has proven to be most successful through verbal communications - picking up the phone and speaking to people. This will also be accompanied by attending networking events, direct mail pieces, email marketing and any other initiatives you put your mind to.

- Being the ‘Brand Ambassador’ for Why Media
- Identifying new companies which fit our ‘client criteria’
- Setting up and attending meetings
- Supporting the creation of proposals and pitches
- Taking clear and accurate notes
- Understanding our pricing structure and quoting accordingly
- Database management
- Data management
- Identifying and attending networking events
- Identifying and executing new initiatives that can support business growth
- Building new client relationships
- Liaising with the Accounts Department to ensure new clients are set up on our system
- Liaising with Account Managers to ensure new projects are handed over formerly
