In May 2020, during the peak of the pandemic lockdown, Anthony Martin Estate Agents moved forward with Why Media to deliver a complete rebrand and new digital profile for the agency who have serviced Kent with the sale and letting of residential properties for ten years. With significant growth aspirations for the company, CEO Anthony Martin was keen to ensure the brand profile was injected with new energy and consistency as he opened their first Central London office.

With a healthy level of creative freedom, our project team immediately began to rethink the brand identity. Undertaking visits to their offices and understanding their key competitors in each location allowed our team to ensure Anthony Martin would be taking a market-leading approach to their brand and on-going marketing activity.

 

Presenting four options to the Anthony Martin project team was instantly a success with identity being selected during round one - a rare occasion. However, this was just the beginning of the project as we then took the decision to shy away from one brand and deliver four, each headlining different parts of the business - Anthony Martin Estate Agents, Anthony Martin New Homes, Anthony Martin Premier Homes, and Anthony Martin Asset Management. Each brand would have its own story and target audience, from those looking to buy and sell the middle-market property to housebuilders looking for a trustworthy, experienced agent to sell their new build homes and high net-worths looking for assets management.

With each of the new brands selected, our passionate development team began work on the creation of a high-quality, bespoke website which would be integrated with key features such as a live chat, video content, open-source content management system and, live feeds from Vebra - the property management software used by each office. Accompanied by a user-friendly, clean, and modern design, the website quickly took shape, and a new digital presence for the company was born. 

 

Other key features of the website include super-fast load times, integrated SEO functionality, quick-search functionality, and the integration of video content on each property page. 

Staying on-board as Anthony Martin Estate Agent’s marketing partner, Why Media has also delivered office signage, vehicle signage, for sale/to let boards and, a full digital marketing strategy.

ACAI Group

Why Media were delighted to launch the new brand identity and website for ACAI Group, a property investment company with a number of high profile commercial, retail and land assets across the UK.

These assets include 8-10 Grafton Street in Mayfair, The Heart Shopping Centre in Walton-on-Thames Surrey and, the flagship store for high-end retail brand Dior on the prestigious Bond Street. The objective of the branding and creative element of this project was to inject colour, depth and a story behind the brand identity and overall messaging of ACAI (the initials of which represent the three owners of the company). Following completion of the branding process, Why Media delivered a full stationery package including business cards, letterheads and compliment slips and a comprehensive set of brand guidelines, ensuring the brand identity and reputation are protected through a stringent set of ‘brand rules’.
